point)Pet urine is very highly acidic, and that was found to be the cause of the spauling*** also had a new home that has settledHer patio was pored at the same level as her air conditioner pad and drive waypoured by a different contractor or the builder (we also have photos of how the house sank, and the levels of how the concrete sank front back and sides of her house, again not just the patio)The house has settled as new homes doWe take customer satisfaction very seriously which is why you dont see complaints for our companyWe pour an extensive amout of concrete every year, and go the extra mile to make sure evrything is done properlyIf there was a problem because of inadequate work we would absolutely take responsibility, and fix the problem
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have attached pictures to the email address provided. I can take pictures of my other concrete that was put in by the builder that is sinking but is not ripping away from my house like this concrete is. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
