AC Auto Pay

We are deeply sorry this customer feels this has not been resolved. We have mailed out the check to [redacted] on 11/01/2017 for the amount of the refund warranty per our procedures. We have been under the impression that this matter is now resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: I did call dozens of times. My complaint is accurate.  They are telling me to apply and pay for a loss title. I did not lose the title. It has never been in my hands. I should not have to pay the $95 for a less title. One A C Autopay lost. I have spoke to [redacted]. His intimidation attempt is not working on me. He called wanting to only address I've never spoken to him. ,wanting  to be argumentative. I went the route of the Revdex.com because I could get no where with anyone I spoke to at Autopay. I spoke to a Mary in their title department after filing my Revdex.com complaint. She told me lien release is same as title.  Incorrect, I can not sell my car with a lien  release. I have all the dates, times and persons I spoke to each time to prove the accuracy of my claim. The DMV told me they received a fax only. They are not in business to keep auto titles. When [redacted] and I spoke I asked if he had contacted the [redacted] DMV. He replied no, he doesn't track down titles. By law I an to receive a title when my car is paid. I to this date still haven't. If they sent it in Nov. 2015 and I was still paying on my car till March 2016 they held no title and had no concern of that legality for that lengthy period. By [redacted]'s own admission in his reply, I was told upon paying my car in full I would receive my title after 90 days!!! Not that I would have to pay and apply for a loss title. I think that is the bottom line. I am way past there 90 days and still waiting. Thank you.

Mr. [redacted] has now received all refunds regarding this account. We assisted in procuring the GAP insurance policy refund and forwarded to Mr. [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] applied to refinance his existing auto loan on April 19, 2017. We processed Mr. [redacted]'s application and were able to provide his a...

new loan at more than half of his existing rate. to complete the transaction, since Mr. [redacted] lives in Maryland and thus is the holder of his title, we needed Mr. [redacted] to provide that title to complete the new loan. We received the title in our office on May 9, 2017, completed processing of the new loan and remitted the payoff to Gateway One on May 12, 2017. It was received in their office and posted to Mr. [redacted]'s account there on May 16, 2017. We thus, believe this matter to be resolved.
