Review: I purchased a ticket for a celebrity autograpgh signing. [redacted] I paid over 60 dollars for the ticket amd after numerous empty promises for a refund and reaching out to the company multiple times I still dont have it. Ive kept in contact with them through the facebook page and was told they only operate the page and can do nothing for refunds. They have given me 2 email adresses to contact that are non responsive and when I made a complaint on their facebook page explaining my problem and showed how they are handling it I was kicked off the page. As proof I have muliple emails as proof of contact for months.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund and an apology from the company.

Review: Purchased tickets to a meet and great and the Act cancelled but still sold tickets on website without removing from website. And day of show told guests that act cancelled and gave us a website to contact to receive a refund. But with numerous emails and phone call with no reply back our refund has not be credited. And now there website has been removed. Just looking for the full refundDesired Settlement: full refund of $102.20

Review: We purchased tickets for the ACBC Convention Meet and Greet with the stars of the tv show, The Flash. The costs for three tickets was $303.60 (confirmation number [redacted]. The event was to be held on May 16, 2015. When I went to the desk for the tickets, I was informed by Mr. D[redacted] personally that it had been cancelled and that a refund would be issue sometime the following week. I was given an email address to contact, which I did the following week. I also send several additional emails to ACBC and Mr. D[redacted] himself and still have not been refunded the $303.60. The website for the ACBC is no longer operational.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund.

Review: My Wife and I purchased a ticket for a photo op with 2 guest celebrity scheduled to appear at the Atlantic city board walk convention on 5/16/15. The celebrity did not show so the the provider advised advised the customers to send an email to [redacted] on the same day. We could not only get a refund onsite but we had to purchase another separate ticket just to have a photo with only one of the celebrity who did appear. This was great inconvenience to the customer. I do understand the fact the guest failed to show but you can not collect funds in exchange for a service and fail to refund the card of purchase. To date we have no refund and they only emailed me back stating it will take 30-60 days. this unacceptable. I provided all the necessary confirmation# [redacted] and amount paid of $100.00 . there was a service fee of $1.20 from their processing vendor [redacted] but that is the least of trouble here. Please attempt to get this resolved 30-60 days is way too long with no reason as to why you do not have something in place to refund your customers quicker.Desired Settlement: refund my amount exactly paid $100
