a&c tried to waterproof a section of my basementthey dug a trench and put some kind of waterproofing on the foundation walla few days later it rained and I got water in my basement againi gave them a $deposit and got nothing for itspoke to them and they promised to come back but did noti would like my deposit backthanks

Review: In September **,2013, I contact A&C chimney to install chimney relined top to bottom, smoke pipe install new. The company stated the work was a life time guarantee. on November **, 2013, during a rain storm the same chimney started to flood water into the house. we contact company everyday since the November to current and still no one show up. an outside contract inspected the roof and found that the work the company did was not properly completed. the piped install was too short and they did not replace the covering the keep the water out of the water out.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund on the work because we have to get another contractor to properly complete the work.
