Review: • Contractor has not showed up to do work since 10/**/15 after I told him about the damages he made, and work done not correctly on 10/**/15. Also explained that they need to repair the damage and complete the outstanding repairs by 11/*/15. Will check and make sure everything is in working order by 11/**/15 before remaining balance is paid
• Throughout – floor tiles are installed ¼” too low
• Foyer
o Failed to install round molding at the corner wall behind the apt door
• Hallway
o Left black spots on the wall after painting
• Livingroom
o Damaged the radiator
o Failed to install lock on sliding French door
o Failed to install shelves and rods for two new closet
o One of the sliding French door is hung lopsided
o Failed to clean and remove paint on all glass panels for the French door
• Kitchen
o Failed to install door [redacted] on the kitchen door
o Failed to install GFCI sockets in kitchen
? Installed regular sockets instead GFCI
? All sockets are install crooked
o Failed to properly install tiles
? Uneven gaps and not properly aliened
? Failed to put grout in between the tiles
? Use small broken piece of tile instead of large/whole pieces
? Failed to put the good corner in the place where it is seen
o Failed to install handles on all cabinets
o Failed to adjust the drawer for the cabinets and they are too tight
o Failed to install the kitchen faucet properly and over charged for the material
? It does not turn left and right properly
? Installed a faucet cost $49.99 on Amazon and charged $130 for material

o Uneven wall
o Failed to properly paint the door frame
o Failed to paint radiator cover
• Bedroom
o Failed to properly paint the wall around the area with socket
o Failed to install closet rod and shelf
o Failed to install the door as required
