In reviewing this account, two payment transactions took place. When the account was set up, it was put on Automatic Bill Payment per your request. As a result, on the due date of the bill (8/23/17) the balance owed was withdrawn from your checking account however a 2nd payment was sent
to our lockbox on Oahu and applied to the account a few days later. On 9/11/17, the Maui office received a call in which a refund was requested. However since then no additional requests or comments regarding the refund were noted on the account. All refund requests are processed through our Oahu office and we have made sure that our cashiers department will be processing the refund. The refund will be processed this Wednesday, 10/4/and the check will be mailed out at the end of the week
