Review: An agreement was made to 1) haul an engine from [redacted] to [redacted] and

2) to haul a large generator from [redacted] to [redacted]. These moves were done

July 2014. The office manager explained that they were having some cash flow problems and that

if I were to be patient payments would be made regularly until full payment was completed.

However, this patience has not been rewarded as such. I have received three payments and

now any attempt to even speak to anyone is met with a variety of excuses. When I left a recent

voice mail with the owner, [redacted], I received a very angry and nasty return call from Lori, the

office manager who stated that if I thought talking to [redacted] was going to get my money any

faster, that wasn't going to happen! My belief now is that they have no intention to pay this

bill and I believe their plan is to defraud me of monies due.Desired Settlement: Full payment for services rendered.

Response:

In reference to the complaint by [redacted] from [redacted] filed was that the weight of the shipment was understated and then we received a revised invoice that was substantially more than originally agreed. The shipment showed up later then the agreed time to our facility. We have not be paid by the other parties regarding he shipment and there has been a lien placed on that particular property. There needs to be an agreement that the price of the invoice should be reduced and she is not willing to work with us on that. With that being said we here in [redacted] encounter a bad winter. With over 3 feet plus of snow on the ground our company could not complete any of the installs of which impacted us financially for several months. We have begun to dig out of the winter residual. All of our vendors we work with totally understand and have been more than willing to work with us. We can agree to make weekly payments to her.

Called AC/DC over the past weekend during a snow storm with heavy wet snow. We lost power and our generator did not start. AC/DC quickly sent out a rich icing and he quickly discovered the issue and got us up and running during the lengthy power outage. They were extremely professional and went the extra mile. Thanks again AC/DC

AC/DC Industrial Electric, LLC. needs to learn how to treat their customers. If they want to survive in this competitive field, it would behoove them to treat their customers with respect and lose the condescending attitude... Especial in times of impending electrical crisis such as when a Major Storm is bearing down and families NEED their product. I would think that they would be Happy about a sudden explosion of sales and services and embrace the customer that knows little about their product. Nope... Not Here. So be careful not to make the mistake that We did. Make sure that you go out and Fully educate yourself about Generators and Electricity BEFORE you enter this store or these pretentious "Pro's" will get annoyed and refuse service to you. FAIL!
