We did a free preventative maintenance chefor Mr***We came to inspect the unit and make sure everything was running correctlyWe never received a phone call or letter so we did not know that Mr*** was having any trouble with his unit after we came out until we saw this
complaintHad we known we would have sent out a manager to look at what was going on and get it fixedWe were not given the opportunityAlso, if there was any evidence that anything had been tampered with actions would have been taken against that employeeWe have made sure Mr*** has been placed in our Do Not Call List and we will not contact him again
