not honest about price. I agreed to pay the quote then 15 minutes later charged more than the price they quoted (30% more)
Bad customer service - I explained that they created a new problem at the time of the visit. I stated that this was not here when your employee got here and how it happened and occured right after the employee left our premises. They wanted to charge me a whole new fee and denied having any part of the problem.
Bad experience all around
