I had AC Home Improvement building a deck for my house in Berlin The town official came in inspect the deck and said that post holes digger were not up to code, which were correctedSecond inspection, town official said there were no flashing, posts had ply wood seat on top to the concrete no brackets fasten onto the posts, not enough cross beams, and no galvanized nail used
I contacted AC Home Improvement several times and there were no answeredThe town official also contacted them to let them know that the deck had to be corrected and there were no answered After several attempt to contact them, I had to hire another contractor to dismantle and rebuild the deck which was costlyI had pictures of the work they did, and town official witnessed their work as well

Review: Hired AC Home Improvement & Construction to replace windows in my dining / living room areas. My pre-installation cost included a $500 deposit. During their installation, they broke my window frames and were not willing to repair them unless there was an additional fee. I refused since this problem was due to their negligence. I asked them to stop their work and they removed the windows they had installed. I asked for my $500 deposit to be returned and they refused. I have tried calling them several times and they either would not return my calls or did not answer their phone.As a result, I had to hire another company to not only install new windows but also to repair the damage to the window frames caused by AC Home Improvement & Construction. Great quality work, time efficiency like I have never seen. This team did the roof and siding on my house in under 4 days, they did a great job with window trim all for a great low price. Thanks to this crew my house looks like its a new construction. Everyone walking by always comment on what a great job. I will recommend this company to everyone!
