He should have contacted me instead, I received rude and self righteousness from the customer service rep. THIS WAS NOT ABOUT SAFETY FOR AC HOWELL BUT MONEY !

I spoke to [redacted] on 9/**/2016, the day he filed his complaint to Revdex.com. I had a hard time speaking to him as he keep interrupting my conversation. [redacted] feelshe should not have to pay our company's equipment pickup fees. The fee assessed [redacted] was half the normal fee to...
pickup equipment installed at [redacted]'s site.[redacted] states he was not aware of equipment pickup fees, therefore he is not responsible to pay them. I disagree. On May **, 2008 I worked on [redacted]'s original propaneinstallation to his pool heater. At this time I provided [redacted] with our new customer packet which contained safety information, policies and fees of our company. [redacted] signed our original paid invoice produced at that time acknowledging such. I feel our company's already reduced pickup fee is fair and just and ask [redacted] to pay said fees.
