Review: We hired AC Landscaping back in July 2014 to rip out an existing cement walkway and replace with a new paver walkway. The job was completed, with some issues along the way. About a month later, some pavers started to sink and our walkway was "lumpy" or "wavy" not smooth and level at all. I called [redacted] (A.C.) and he came out to look at the job he did on August 8. He stated that it looked as if the walkway needed to be tampered one more time and he would put some sand under the pavers that were sinking. We also discussed while he was here that we were unhappy with how the flare of the walkway turned out, the two sides are not symmetrical. At the time, [redacted] had a torn hamstring and was unable to work, he told me he would be back to work in about 2 weeks. A month later, I still had not heard from him. I contacted him by phone on Sept 8, 2014 and left a voicemail. I followed up with an email 2 days later. Heard nothing...sent another email on Sept 21,2014 and received a response that he would "try" and stop by the week of Sept 29,2014. I heard nothing again...sent an email on Oct 1,2014 asking if he was coming by this week.....heard nothing....left another voicemail on Oct. 17, 2014 and followed up with an email and have heard absolutely nothing. Its amazing how people can just take your money and then when issues arise do absolutely nothing about.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to come and tamper my walkway, put sand under the pavers that are sinking and fix the flare at the end of the walkway. All these things were discussed on August 8, 2014.

Review: Landscaper installed front walkway and porch/step . The porch / step is uneven slants to left side . Reported to [redacted] (ac landscaper) x3 he came twice once spoke with me refused to correct , second time with my husband refused to correct & third time refused to come and again refused to correct.

Now even more noticeable and weeds coming up .

It looks terrible and I needed to do something

So have had new landscaper come to replace he tells me definitely IS SLANTED, WRONG STONES were used , and WRONG SAND USED (that is why weeds are growing thru)

I do not feel I should have to pay for a new porch/step . I feel AC Landscaper ([redacted]) should refund me the money to have it done by another landscaperDesired Settlement: Refund of money to pay for replacement of this porch/step
