Everyone at A/C Masters that I have had contact with, especially the technicians, do whatever is necessary to fix the problem and satisfy the customer.
A/C masters provide outstanding service at more than reasonable cost. They will work with you and in your budget. Best of the best, period.
Don't bother calling them in an emergency even though they say 24 hour service. Called several times and told they were contacting the on call tech. Tech never called back. My heat is out at 15 degree temps and this company is worthless in an emergency.
