I ordered a relay and two capacitors for our heat pump on 8/2/25. I kept trying to track the order with no luck. Finally, on 8/7/25 the relay arrived, my email also stated that one of the capacitors was also in the box, which it wasn't. I called customer service on 8/9/25 to ask how much longer on the capacitors, that was when I found out that one of the capacitors was supposed to be in the box that had arrived on 08/07/25. When I told him that it was not in the box all he said was he would send me a form to fill out. I ask about the other capacitor, and he stated it had not even been shipped out yet. This was a week later, the weather is in the 80s where I live, fans are useless. So, I spent 30 minutes trying to fill the form out, asking for pictures of the box, the invoice (which they could have looked at on their computer). Finally, I finished the form and submitted it. Now we are waiting on a reply from them. When I do receive them, I will return them and never use this company again. In the meantime, I found another company based in Ohio that I ordered all three parts from on 08/06/2025 and received on 08/08/2025, (3 days from ordering and receiving them).
