I shopped around and got several tree work estimates, and True Timber's was the most reasonableI had to wait approximately weeks from signing the service agreement to when the work began, which I was told ahead of time how long the wait would beThe crew came out when they were expected for the day jobThey completely removed one large tree and trimmed up another on the first dayI was told that on the second day their machinery that was needed for the second day to take the large chunks of the removed tree was brokenI had to wait an additional week for the rest of the large tree to be removedAt the completion of the work, I received my bill by e-mail that said there was an additional service fee if I wanted to pay by credit cardThis was not discussed as part of my original contract, so the company did waive that feeOverall the crew and office employees were courteous and helpful, and the work did get doneMinor annoyances with the process was still worth the cost

They have done work for us three times over the last two years and I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are not only very personable to work with but the workmanship is excellent. The team does a very professional job and always cleans-up thoroughly once the job is complete. I would recommend them any day of the week.

Review: There are a number of complaints, but it boils down to overcharging for a service that was not completed due to ineptness. I offered him $200.00, which is still generous, and he flat out refused. I am the President of [redacted] HOA in [redacted], VA. On Feb 20, 2014 AC Painting arrived 4 hours late at [redacted] HOA to plow the cul-de-sac and entry way. After 40 minutes of plowing, the plow truck broke down. [redacted], the owner, stated he had another truck, but I was not impressed as he ([redacted]) stated at 9:00 a.m. when he called me about coming out that the other truck was on the way, but got lost. I called another company in to complete the job. [redacted] called me at 1:00 p.m. to ask if I wanted him to finish the job because his other truck had finally arrived, but I told him no due to the second company I called was already there cleaning up the unprofessional job he provided. [redacted], AC Painting, created more of a disaster with his unprofessional plowing than what was created from the original snow. AC Painting blocked in one car and blocked two parking spaces with over 4 feet of snow. There was also boulder size chunks of snow still all over the roadway (I have pictures). The second plow company I called managed to clear the snow from the two blocked spaces, but Myself and other community members had to shovel out the car that was trapped behind the snow bank. I chastised [redacted] for his poor performance and he sent me an egregious bill that I tried to talk to him about. He came up with some story that I didn't want him there until the next day, Friday - 24 hours after the snow fall - I find this statement absurd and a lie.Desired Settlement: Change the billing statement from $350.00 to $200.00

In my complaint I stated the incident happened on Feb 20, 2014. The incident actually happened on Feb 13, 2014; one week prior. Sorry, I had my weeks off.
