Review: I rented an apartment from this company. I have paid 4 months in rent and deposit totaling $2,000. I have been in the apartment three weeks, but there is no electric as there is not a meter placed there. I also have yet to receive my copy of the lease which is continuously promised to me. I have left messages to no avail. They set up [redacted] to come out and [redacted] came after the scheduled time and I was unable to speak with them because they have to set it up and I have tried contacting them with no returned calls. Also mail will not be delivered from the post office because they have no access to the building, this is why I have given another address to reach me. I have tried to be patient and I didn't want to take this or a legal route but they will not return my call and I am in a place where I can not see nor have food or cook and I have a son, and I also have no way of proving my residence without the ability to receive mail nor having a signed lease! I have given them a lot of money and I do not have many options. They also promised washers and dryers in the building and there aren't any.Desired Settlement: I would like a full month's rent credited to me, I would like [redacted] to be handled expeditiously, I would like them to fix the mailboxes and allow for [redacted] to have access, I would like them to give me a signed lease and have an open communication in case of emergencies.
