I don't know Who he is, if we check his rental property he has to ask his renter. we always leave copy of invoice at house, if he is a home warranty customer he need to come thru home warranty,He is not my paying customer he has no right to complain to Revdex.com or try to direct

I am rejecting this response because:As a customer service oriented business, the owner is incorrect with regards to his assertion that I do not have the right to complain about poor customer serviceSecond, when I asked for a copy of the inspection report from my property manager (who was the witness to the inspection), the same did not indicate that she received itAs such, the owner's supposition that he left a copy of the inspection report is irrelevant considering that no one has a copy of itThird, if the business owner can assert that he left a copy of the inspection report that would imply that he has the original inspection report, which should be easily copied and sent to meIn closing, documenting poor customer service is a right that all paying customers have

They are a poor excuse for a service company. Inept techs who barely spoke English leaving the communication of the problem difficult to communicate, downright rude, pushy to do extra (uneeded) work just to collect more money. They were contracted to by my Home Warranty Company HMS and I will certainly be filing a complaint against them
