*** *** came into our office late in the day on Wednesday, February 8th, because his can was not emptied on Monday, February 6th. We called the driver, but the driver didn't answer. *** *** was really upset because his can was full of garbage and he wanted to take it to his new
place. Since it was late in the day, we did not have any drivers working and was unable to assist him. I explained that his next pick up day was the very next day, but he was upset and he wanted emptied now, but we had no drivers still working. While *** *** was in our office, his driver called from home and couldn't recall from memory if there was any issues days prior. The next day the driver called the office after reading his log book and said he had noted a red truck parked in front of the can and that was why it wasn't emptied last Monday. *** *** called later in the week and we told him a red truck was in the way last Monday and he than understood why it wasn't emptied last Monday. Our trucks are automatic side loaders and must have a foot clearance to avoid hitting anything with the grippers. MrLucas can was emptied the next day as promised because no vehicles were in the way
