AC Special Events Party Rentals

Review: Rented tents and accessories for a wedding. Items were filthy and damaged. have pictures to back up complaint. Mis-information on how many people tents would hold. Wedding was the day after the products were picked up and by the time we got everything up, it was pouring rain and didn't have the luxury or time to return everything and find another place to rent from. I went back with pictures, but all I was told was that they took pictures of everything before it goes out. We didn't see any pictures taken when the items were put into our truck. All we were told was to make sure all the hardware was there. The tents leaked, had horrible stains, rips, some patched with duck tape. They were yellow (stained) in color. The chairs were suppose to be white, but were lackluster and a lot of them had rust stains on them I actually had to go back and get another tent, which I dreaded doing, but there just was not enough room and I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. These items certainly should not have been rented out to a customer hosting a wedding.

I was also charged a damage waiver on each invoice, which total 3. I am not sure why since the products were already damaged. I sent two letters, one to which they replied to and one they ignored.

They offered me 50% off my next rental, though I will never rent from them again. When you go into their store, their set up is NOTHING like what you end up with. It's very misleading.Desired Settlement: Refund on 2 20x20 tents, 5 sides, 25 of the chairs and the 3 damage waivers. Trying to fair with the company, but they have chosen to ignore my second letter. I also have copies of letters and both were sent certified return receipt, so I know both letters were received.
