My bank account was charged over $170.00 for products advertised as "free".
Approximately 2 months ago, I ordered 2 dietary supplements advertised as "free" so long as I paid small shipping charges.(less than $5 each). I did so and received the products a short time later. I then noticed that on February 18, 2020, my debit Mastercard account (that was used to pay for the shipping) was debited $87.95 & $89.95 by companies associated with or owned by AC Studio, Inc.
No mention was made in the advertisement or apparent on the website that I would be liable for ANY additional charges other than the shipping. I did not authorize these charges and would be more than happy to return the products (unused) to the seller for a refund of the $87.95 and $89.95 that I did not agree to pay. It's apparent to me that AC Studio, Inc. has used my account number to acquire money fraudulently.
I attempted to call the company to resolve the issue and was placed on "hold" indefinitely.
I would like the $87.95 and $89.95 charges credited back to my bank account. I will return the products to the company at my expense if that's required.
My 82 year old mother orders free trials of a product from them, not realizing that she had to cancel to keep from being charged for additional items from them. On January 5, 2019 I received 2 charges on my credit card account one marked PLUSHEA*LEANBODY for $89.95 and one marked BODYPROPREMIUMMUSCLE.COM for $85.95. for a total of $177.90. On January 5th 2019 I called the company and explained that my 82 year old mother didn't understand that she had to cancel her free trial. They were very nice and offered me 75% off my future orders which I wasn't interested in. After explaining to her in detail as to what happened she said she would refund my money in full. As of February 6, 2019, still no refund. I called back today and the rep I spoke with was not very nice. I had her transfer me to a supervisor who was very nice and said I would have a refund in 3 to 5 business days. We will see.

Refund Still waiting for a refund. Supervisor said she would send me a full refund after I told here I was already contacting Revdex.com while waiting on hold to talk to her. Hopefully it happens this time. I hate to see companies taking advantage of people, especially old people on fixed incomes.
After I told them I had written to Revdex.com they told me they would refund the money, and I checked and they have refunded all of the money.
