Review: I found this business on the internet. Anthony came to my apartment and inspected our Samsung flatscreen. He informed me he needed to order a panel for the TV. He collected $100 from me in cash - he would not accept a check - and told me the panel would be in in a few weeks.Anthony had not returned multiple calls. I believe this was a total scam. While I have the document he left with the business information, I realize now the zip code is incorrect.Desired Settlement: While I would love my $100 back, I really would prefer that someone investigate the company - through the phone number (###-###-####) and block them from advertising on the internet so other gullible customers such as myself are not scammed. I am happy to discuss the matter with anyone.

Review: The repair person came and stated our TV needed a new board.We gave 100.00 for the part.another person came the next day with the board and stated our Tv needed a new screen not a board.He said he would let us know the following day if a screen was a available. He stated he would call.No one ever called /I called there two numbers. [redacted] and [redacted] twice I was told that they would call back immediately for an answere but never did even though I have called at least six times or more.I went to [redacted] and they do not exist.I went to there online address of [redacted] and no such company.But they do answere occasionally at the numbers I gave.Desired Settlement: Would like the TV repaired or a refund

Review: I called to ask about repairing my television ( the sound went off)and was told there is a $ 40.00 for a house call and they will fix the television in the house. A tech came, soldered some wires and said it is fixed. I gave him a check for $ 40.00. The television's sound continued to go on and off so I called again. I was told the television will have to go to their repair shop. I agreed and paid them an additional $ 139.00. The television was returned and it was not repaired. The sound still goes on and off.

I called them several times and each time had to leave a message. I said in my message that the television was not repaired and I wanted a refund of $ 139.00 I was never contacted.Desired Settlement: A refund of $ 139.00

Review: Company appears not to have Consumer Affairs License yet operates as an Authorized Panasonic Service Repair Company. Television repair for 58" Plasma Television promised for 9/* yet, at time of writing, no repair and no response to telephone messages. Deposit of $150 required and received. Television part to be repaired taken from home to company for repair. Due to delay in repair, not having a television and non communication by company, I have been greatly impacted.Desired Settlement: Return deposit of $150 and I'll have television repaired by authorized repair company.
