Do not hire this company! . I had a simple mini split heat pump to install for them. It took 4 days???? After install, Mini split wouldn't work right. Finally, finally after four days of rescheduling and four different techs trying to figure it out , the original tech hooked the refrigerate line upbackwards. I talked to the owner about the stress and sloppy installation to request some money off for the inconvenience. Owner said he would get back to me, never did.. Charged my card in the middle of the night. Yelp has photos of the terrible installation by this company.

AC Today prides itself on delivering a Five Star customer experience and welcomes customer feedback. In this particular case the York product that was offered was based on several promotions or incentives the customer stated was important as part of the consultation. Those incentives were set to expire at month end and it was communicated as such timely and professionally.
Given that the appointment took place on a Friday a routine follow up phone call was made Monday afternoon and the customer stated she was still doing research. One additional call was made three days later as part of company protocol which we believe to be good professional follow up.
Once the customer communicated by text their decision to purchase elsewhere it was important to understand her buying decision and follow up questions were asked in an attempt to gain understanding which we always feel are helpful.
It appears based on the circumstances the customer was overwhelmed after receiving 5 bids with so much information requiring additional research that perhaps created some confusion or frustration with the process which is understandable.

While in the market for a new A/C I reached out to AC Today for an estimate, one of five. The salesman arrived on time, reviewed my needs and provided a quote. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and determined to sell me a York. His quote was good through the weekend, so he said. That was a red flag for me. When I didn't respond by Monday he began calling. I responded via text indicating that I was still doing research but that didn't stop the calls. My research revealed that York was at the bottom of the list. Eventually I texted that I selected a different unit. Wow, what I got in return was ours is better, etc. and he was not willing to accept my decision. His business card indicated that he was President/COO. He must be desperate for the business to be that aggressive with follow-up. I'm very glad that I selected a different company.

The technician arrived on time and did a very good job inspecting and servicing our AC unit. Explained everything and cleaned the unit from inside and outside after finishing the work. We are very happy with AC today service.

Great customer service ð???
I needed a second opinion on a heat pump system. I called AC Today, the office contacted a technician and Vincent promptly returned my call. He took the time to answer my questions, came to evaluate the system and gave me informative and honest advice. Very professional, attentive service and great quote for a new Trane system.

I cannot say enough how impressed I am with AC today. After getting several quotes and asking tons of questions. I chose AC today. When Vincent came out to discuss my AC unit , I learned so much. He inspected every aspect of my AC unit. ( the only company that did) I felt no pressure to buy but I felt that he truly cared about what was best for my family's needs. After deciding on AC today, I was kept in the loop about all aspects of my install. Keith was prompt, meticulous and very thorough with the installation of my new unit. He was a hard worker and whenever we asked questions he was kind enough to explain. He didn't leave till everything was completed and cleaned up. We are very happy. THANK YOU AC TODAY!

My A/C went down for the 2nd time in a month on a Sunday. I for the first time called A/C Today and within 24 hrs Vincent from A/C Today came to my aid as my wife recently had surgery. He had someone make another temporary fix but he advised me of the issue and I was just throwing money away as the issue would continue with the condenser motor. I decided to purchase a new 5 ton Trane for a great price and warranty with decent financing. By Tuesday late after noon I had my new system installed. The master mechanic was Keith and his trainee Devon. Keith was great. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and meticulous. Devon was attentive and smart enough to follow Keith's instructions which were given with respect and patience. I was very impressed with the entire process. I couldn't ask for nor have I ever received such a satisfying result from any contractor in the past. Highest recommendation!!!

AWESOME company!! Vincent came out to give me an estimate on a new Trane unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite & knew exactly what I needed. Price was great!! Keith came out to do the install yesterday. He knew exactly what he was doing!! Very quick, efficient, professional & polite. Would highly recommend AC Today to everyone!!
