American Conservation installed an HVAC for us in 2013.

In order to get the heating unit in the attic they had to enlarge the access hole by cutting out part of the ceiling and a joist. The problem is that the repair job was terrible. They used 1 x 6 for trim instead of the original molding (which was still good), they did not repair the joist and instead screwed the trim into drywall, and after the repair the access hole is smaller than it was originally so I can't get boxes out of the attic that I had put up there through the original access hole.

I made multiple calls and emails to try to get them to fix it, with very poor responsiveness (it still is not fixed).
