Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business has not contacted me as stated in their response After multiple phone calls, emails, and text to the business, their last response was via a text message sent August at 8:a.m stating (" [redacted] will be giving you a call today") I have not been contacted since I have made numerous efforts to reach out about software problems, constant delays, and missed deadlines, but there has been no response This is the reason for the complaint with the Revdex.com In addition, I have not made changes to the project requirements as they have stated I have requested a single functional mobile app (as specifically outlined in the contract) but they have not delivered To date I have made all scheduled payments but I have only been provided with a dysfunctional app prototype and a complete disregard of customer service (calls, emails, texts, voice mails) This company has taken payments in excess of $7,but has failed to deliver a functional product and has neglected to return calls/emails as a result of their inability to provide a functional app (as outlined in the contract) I am also seeking litigation from the [redacted] to receive a full refund for this failed contract Regards, [redacted]

The above complaint has been received
and noted, as well as discuss with the consumer on multiple occasions during
the past 3 months.  The original contracted agreement that was signed by
consumer in November 2013 has been modified and revised by the consumer
/>
numerous times to date.  The consumer has made all payments to date, with
remaining balance owed upon project completion, as agreed to in signed
contract, and consumer has been invoiced accordingly.  The complaint of
timeliness is understandable, and agreed that it is frustrating; however, the
consumer has been kept apprised and notified regularly of the delay in project
completion as a result of the modifications he has requested. The constraints
of the requested technical and structural modifications have been explained to
the consumer consistently, acknowledging his frustration with the project
delay. the consumer has been provided preliminary demo versions of the project
as they have been developed, with an explanation of the obstacles that are
inhibiting project completion. To date, the prototype that the consumer is in possession
of is the product and specifications requested by the consumer during scheduled
live meetings with account representative and software engineer.  The
changes pending are in progress, with a still to be determined completion date
due to the technical specifications the consumer has requested, and awaiting
information requested from the consumer for final product completion. The payments
received to date have been applied to the expense of product creation, and no
demand for payment has been made regarding balance due, until project
completion, as agreed to by consumer.  Again, the complaint and
frustration is certainly understandable, and our office has made an increased
effort to improve communication and accommodation to consumer with regard to
the complaint and delay in project completion.  The consumer has been
notified of current project status, and communication was made as recently as
yesterday (9/18/14) by consumers account representative.  Our utmost
regret has been directly expressed to the consumer for the dissatisfaction in
the project progression, and every effort has been made to assuage the
grievance and arbitrate accordingly to ameliorate the situation. Please do not
hesitate to contact us if additional documentation is necessary, such as
payment dates, contracted agreements, communication records etc. However, we
are hopeful that the consumer will be responsive to our increased application
to satisfactorily complete the project, and reinforced efforts to resolve the consumers’
dissatisfaction.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The business has not contacted me as stated in their response.  After multiple phone calls, emails, and text to the business, their last response was via a text message sent 19 August 2014 at 8:12 a.m stating ("[redacted] will be giving you a call today").  I have not been contacted since.  I have made numerous efforts to reach out about software problems, constant delays, and missed deadlines, but there has been no response.  This is the reason for the complaint with the Revdex.com.  In addition, I have not made changes to the project requirements as they have stated.  I have requested a single functional mobile app (as specifically outlined in the contract) but they have not delivered.  To date I have made all scheduled payments but I have only been provided with a dysfunctional app prototype and a complete disregard of customer service (calls, emails, texts, voice mails).  This company has taken payments in excess of $7,500 but has failed to deliver a functional product and has neglected to return calls/emails as a result of their inability to provide a functional app (as outlined in the contract).  I am also seeking litigation from the [redacted] to receive a full refund for this failed contract.
