Hi [redacted] , Thank you for returning my call todayWe have every desire to address [redacted] ’s needs and provide the best solution available to resolve her issueOver the past few months we have worked on her AC unit on different occasionsWe have given [redacted] a brand new AC unit as well as a window unit to cool her square foot apartmentThe impairitive mistake she is making is, leaving the central air off all dayUnfortunately with the high temperatures outside, the tenant needs to leave the central air on air during the day so that it will be able to reach the lower temperatures at nightWe offer our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused [redacted] We will contact [redacted] in the coming days to come up with a solution that benefits both of us.
