[redacted] was paying a loan she had took out, she called the office wanting a breakdown of her payments which she receives a email everytime payment is ran. We also have attorney [redacted] as our in house counsel. We sent her two letters from Mr. [redacted] which she stated we reused to give...

her. Then she agreed to mail in her payments instead of running her credit card, which we are ok with.

Review: The constantly call my job with threatening phone calls and lies. I've ask them to stop (as well as my lawyer) and they continue.Desired Settlement: I wish they would stop calling my job or contact my lawyer as they already have the number.

Review: This company and it's representatives call night and day and leave nasty, threatining messages for me. When I have called them they have failed to notify me of a possible debt collection and refuse to give the name of the company they work for. In addition, they are rude, and call me names and threaten me.

We have not and do not threaten. Ms. O[redacted] is well aware of the debt. She agreed to make payment several times to no avail.

Review: Second letter from [redacted] I [redacted], ESQ concerning a bill from cashadvance. I have not had any sort of business dealings with a cash advance place for over 10 years. Since than I have declared chapter 7 and 13. But they insist that I owe them money. I have the slightest idea what this is about. They are threatening to sue me over this bill.Desired Settlement: Any cash advance places were on the chapter 13 and were paid out over 7 years ago. Perhaps they should check with my attorney.

Review: On a continuous basis I am receiving phone calls from Accredited Collections Agency, who refuse to disclose, who they are calling on behalf of. A woman by the alleged name of Ms. [redacted] continues to make threats that they are going to take some sort of legal action against me, reference some sort of file that has been brought to their office. Ms. [redacted] claims that she is working on behalf of the [redacted]. She is extremely rude and very suspicious acting. I have made it clear that I will only communicate with her company in writing. She still has yet to send me anything in writing, in reference to this alleged debt. I have requested that they discontinue any future phone calls to my place of residence and my work place. They still continue to call. I made it clear that any further calls pertaining to this unknown account from their company will be deemed as harassment and I may exercise my right to sue their company. I made it clear that it is not a refusal to pay; it is simply my request that they cease and desist all phone calls and that they put their request in writing and direct it to my attention.Desired Settlement: . The representative that I had mentioned was in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a federal law also known as Public Law [redacted]. Congress passed this law to regulate collection agencies and help eliminate abusive debt collection practices that contributed to loss of jobs and invasion of privacy. After reading the majority of the complaints already filed against this company, it seems rather apparent that the members that make up this organization, don't feel that they need to adhere to Federal Law. I believe someone really needs to hold this so called collections agency accountable.

Review: This company will call several times a day even as late as 9:00 p.m looking for an individual that doesn't live at this address....I have asked repeatedly to take our number off their call lists and put us on the do not call back list and they refuse to, they're rude and hang up on you when you don't give them the answer they seek.... Our number is on a sign outside our house for computer repair, so anyone could take it off of that and give to them....but when you ask them to stop calling and they still do, and even from different numbers its almost like they don't care that they annoy you and harass you....Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop calling our home, take our number off their call lists and to not ever call back...if they don't I will see legal help and sue their [redacted] for harassment ....

Review: Agency called and left messages on answer machine multiple times for wrong person called asked them to remove number

Ms [redacted] called my home back from another number (###-###-####) stated she would Not remove number and she would continue to call and deserved respect .
