Review: I signed up for a trial membership in April. At the end of the trial, I called acac numerous times throughout May and June to cancel my membership, but still received a bill. I finally went to their office and was told that my membership was *now* cancelled and that my balance was 0. In August I received a letter stating that I had an overdue balance of $138! When I called them again, they told me this balance was for the months of June and July. They told me that I would have to talk specifically to the person I initially spoke with in the office, and to call back next week!Desired Settlement: Clear my balance. Close my account completely. Get your act together; this is your internal issue and I shouldn't have to call back a week later to resolve your communication issues.
