Customer placed the order from the websiteWhen items are on backorder, the status is displayed on the product pageThese products would have shown the backorder status, and the anticipated shipping date that we had at that time As the customer states, his order was cancelled upon request, and since no settlement is requested, we consider this matter closed

Refund was issued on 12/27/ The complaint should be resolved at this time

The Company said on 10/they would ship dayOn 11/they said they would issue a check refund by mailThey could have issued a refund by check per their policy on 11/7, 11/or after I called on 11/on 11/Instead they have chosen to refund by check on 11/- who knows if they will do thatYour seven day response time gives me no alternative but to reject the responseThere is no way the check will arrive within that time frameMy complaint will only be resolved when they actually follow thru on their promise of a refund which they have not done for over days

The product the customer receiived had all required parts. The starter is actually the log itself. There is not seperate starter, the customer needs to ligt the log. We contacted the customer on 1/14/to advise her of the proper way to use the product

When Mrs. [redacted] original order was cancelled, unfortunately a mistake was made and the refund was processed as a credit to her account, instead of generating a refund check. She has had a credit on her account since 11/7/14. We have...

corrected this mistake and a refund check will be processed and mailed to her. Per our company policy, refund checks are processed every Friday, so Mrs. [redacted] check will be mailed this Friday 11/28/14.
