On August 23, 2019, I ordered a Hogwarts Express Illuminated Musical Globe With Moving Train from this company and never received it. I am unable to reach the company. The $44.98 was withdrawn from our checking account.

On August 24, 2019 I ordered a Hogwarts Express Illuminated Musical Globe With Moving Train and paid $44.98 with my credit card. On the same day I received an email confirming order in process and delivery information. On September 14, 2019 I sent an email asking for information as to when it would be shipped? A second email was sent on October 5, 2019 requesting same information and noted I could not find a phone number to contact them directly so please respond to my email. Still have not received product or response.

We purchased an Item with this company on the website acaciay.com and never received the product. They charged our account and the customer service number is disconnected.

Ordered an item and it's been over 2 months. Sent multiple emails and even called number on said listed business. Have not recieved my item

I ordered a Harry Potter snowglobe in June 2019 and haven’t received it. I have tried to email with no response and there is no phone number.

Ordered a snow globe from said company and they sent me an email stating they got payment but have not received anything and it has been over a month.

I’ve ordered 2 sets of the nightmare before Christmas set - jack and sally and HAVE NEVER RECEIVED them 1 was ordered in August and 1 in September promised delivery by September 21st - no real contact info - can’t call can’t email nor write to company - all dead ends I WANT MY MONEY BACK - I also paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!!!!
