Academic Debt Alliance promises more than it can deliver. The initial sales call from [redacted] suggested that perhaps I could qualify for zero repayment and a better credit rating. I was interested because my credit rating is influenced by the outstanding loan balance. I am up to date on my student loan and have never missed a payment.
Even after I selected the lowest payment I still have all of the outstanding balance. There is only $10 difference from my previous amount. I would be out $800 for ADA "assistance". so for the next eighty months. I will be paying off this debt as well as my student loan.
This fee would only be worth it if the loan balances had been cancelled. ADA knew from the beginning there was no such thing as a write off.
FRAUDULENT!
OMG!!! In the beginning before contacting Academic Alliance I would have been forced to pay almost $700 a month for my student loans. I am a single parent and could never ever afford such a payment plus providing my child with a roof over his head. My creditors were constantly calling and I knew I needed to do something. I contacted Academic Debt Alliance and it was like a dream come true. My payments were reduced to like $220 a month, my credit score improved, and they held my hand the entire way. Even when I needed extra time to make the payment to them, they gave me extra time with no problem. Everyone is super friendly. I remember on my initial call, I was on the phone with someone for like two hours just kicking the breeze, handling business and enjoying each others conversation. I will be recommending to friends who have similar problems as I did. So excited!
