RE: Complaint ID [redacted] – [redacted] This is to inform you that we’ve received the customer’s complaint.After investigating the customer’s complaint we have determined the following:Buyer placed order on 316, we notified her the same day that her order was scheduled to ship on Buyer contacted us on and stated she never received the packageWe advised her to file a non receipt claim and to check with the neighbors as package was delivered as per ***Buyer did not contact us again after this dayResolution: We contacted the buyer today 4/ [redacted] and buyer said she never received the itemWe offered to reship her order on 4/**Buyer agreed and asked to ship the item to a new address

To whom it may be concerned, I never, nor did I try to wear said item(s)Yes, I took the item(s) out of the plastic packaging but as soon as I noticed the hole I packaged it back upIf it was worn by anyone it was worn by someone other than myself, prior to my receiving the item, which is disgustingWhy would I make such a stink over a lousy $to the Revdex.com if I didn't have strict principles regarding fraud and misrepresentationNo wonder they mark most of their items "final sale." Case closedI want my money backAnd the reason I "refused" to print out the label is - yes - because I don't own a printerAm I asking for a refund of the taxi fare I had to incur - to and from the post office - to mail the itemNoI'm trying to warn prospective consumers about the unsavory business practices this organization adoptsAssuming I wore and/or soiled the item/s is ridiculous

[Your Answer Here]Everything they stated was correct until their lies started on 9/** when they received the item they said I could return for a larger sizeFirst off, the item could not have been "worn" since it did not fit from the first time I tried it onTherefore, I took it off immediately and put it in my desk drawer until shipping it as per their instructionsSecond, they are really lying when they claimed that they shipped me back the original item since I have never received it even one month laterWhen I do sue them I will subpoena their records and all shipping documentation to present in court to prove thatI am willing to give them business days to refund my money in fullOtherwise, they will be sued for costs as well as related damages, along with being reported to all applicable media outlets such as online and newsgroups

We would be happy to assist you with your inquiryAfter checking your account and checking our emails we haven't found any emails from you using the email entered on your accountI see you haven't contacted us either via phone in order to report this issueUnfortunately, since we never received
emails from you we weren't able to respond to your inquiryAt this point we will follow up with the post office but we suggest you do the same since you received tracking and never received the packageSince we were not aware that there was an issue with this order we never followed up with the carrier. Again, we suggest you contact the carrier; *** and we will do the sameAt this point we can not issue a refund for a package that appears delivered to the address you entered on the siteWe will follow up with the carrier and get back to you once they can investigate what happened to the package

I need my my shipping cost returned that's all I want it is up to them to give proper description of items listed and help customers so they keep coming back to them to do business and yet they can't ..I had to ship this item back several times out of pocket I have no item and no proper compensation.how is this proper

It was only after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com did they send the item that I originally purchased, which is the wrong size. That proves how dishonest this company is since they initially claimed to both you and I that they had shipped that item back to me immediately after I returned it. They are lying saying that it is worn. I did not open the returned package and will use it as evidence when I sue them, although I realize that they might have damaged it intentionally before sending it back to me.

Order was finally shipped on 4/* as we experienced a delay with the shipment of the order. We acknowledge the package shipped by Mail Innovations ([redacted] picks up at warehouse and transfers package to [redacted] to make the final delivery) with tracking number [redacted]  shows a delivery date of 4/*/16.3. Buyer contacted us on 4/*/16 claiming non receipt of this package. We advise her to contact her local post office as package was delivered. 4. Buyer contacted us again on 4/**/16 and stated she never received the package. We advised her to file a non receipt claim and to check with the neighbors as package was delivered as per [redacted]. Buyer did not contact us again after this day. Resolution: We contacted the buyer today 4/** and buyer said she never received the item. We offered to reship her order on 4/**. Buyer agreed and asked to ship the item to a new address.

Buyer placed order on 8/**. Item was on production at the time buyer placed order. We contacted the buyer on 8/** to inform him of the delay. Buyer contacted us on 8/** requesting a cancellation of the order and we offered to refund the cost of shipping and buyer agreed. Order was shipped on 8/**...

and a refund was processed for the amount of $7.95 which the buyer had paid for the priority shipping option. Order shipped Priority at Classic Shapewear's expense as a result of the delay. As per [redacted] tracking information the package was delivered to the buyer on 9/*. Buyer contacted us on 9/** requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number to return the item. During the request buyer never mentioned the items condition. It is clearly stated that we accept all items as long as they are in perfect condition and tags attached. On 9/** we received the return and the item was worn. Item had visible marks and was stretched out. Our returns department returned the item to the buyer on 9/** as the item was in bad condition and we were not able to resell the product.

Hello, In reference to this complaint please note the following. 1. Buyer ordered an item which costs US$75.00. She used a coupon with a US$15.00 off. Buyer paid US$60.00 after the discount. 2. Buyer selected the international economy shipping with a cost of US$7.95.3. Buyer returned...

item twice because the item did not fit. 4. A refund was processed for the amount of the item. Shipping is non refundable. 5. Return labels are not provided and buyers cover the cost of shipping when returning items to us. 6. We are unable to issue a refund for the shipping as shipping is non refundable and its clearly stated on the return & exchange form (attached; 2nd page).7. We have attached the invoice for her order which shows the cost of the item and shipping as well as a copy of the refund which was processed on 7/**. Resolution: A refund has already been processed for the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

As per files attached, used item has been returned to the buyer. We have a flexible return policy as long as the item is returned in perfect condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept used/worn/soiled items for return and this is part of our return policy. As stated earlier, we have returned the item to the buyer as we cannot resell/restock this product.
