We just had another great experience with Catons Plumbing last week They came to our Catonsville home and promptly, courteously, and efficiently fixed the cracked pipe in our hall bath in time for us to be ready for our overnight guests the next day They have also did a great job helping us last summer with a broken sewer pipe Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Hi [redacted] , Per our conversation on the phone on Mr [redacted] everything that he has requested has been completedI have entered his apartment twice to check on his air vents and had them cleaned out through a company we use called Samson.We also had Worldwide Pest Control come out on several occasions to treat roach problem that he states he is having in unit(Please see Service inspection) We have also taken care of the bees nest outside of the unitI called Mr [redacted] yesterday to let him know if there were any other concerns to let me knowHe was still upset & states that nothing has been taking care of to his satisfaction and hung up the phone on meWe take pride on keeping our residents happy and do our best to complete every request that comes into our officeI have emailed you the contact emails that we had with Mr***Thank you, [redacted] Property ManagerBandera Commons [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: window screens need to be replaced every since the hail storm here in san Antonio a couple of months ago. the whole fence need to be repaired and the doors on the laundry room need to be replaced and I first reported them to [redacted] because they have fallen and actually hit me on the head which was three years ago and they still have not gotten to them. THEY NEED TO REMOVE THE WATER SOFTENER THAT HASNT WORKED SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOUSE. IT IS A HAZARD AS IT STILL HAS SALT IN IT AND THE SALT SPILLED OVER BEFORE.

Bandera Commons Apartments Complaint: I have addressed several issues with your apartment complex since the date of Move-In which was November 2016.  I have also never once been asked if all the issues were corrected, as I was the one who was responsible for always following up because there was nothing being done.   IIn the emails I have sent, as well as written requests in the office, on the move in form as well as the calls I have stated ant problem. Ants, yet you sent a response to the Revdex.com as (roaches- roach issues) which clearly shows your office is not even looking at my issues nor do they seem to care one. I have showed pictures in emails to clearly show ants coming from the cracks in walls that were never sealed up and yes there are items on the living room floor (in sealed containers if we want to be precise) because I have had to move everything out of my kitchen and into my living room since the ant issues are not being resolved.  I have had to bug bomb the apartment 6 times in almost a year and the ants continue to come back because your building structure needs to be fixed and sealed up. It took almost a year to have bees nest knocked down when I informed the manager and move in agent I was deathly allergic to bees and made several calls as well. The vents that you speak of only wiped (whipped as the complex email stated) and for that type of black mold I have asked it be cut and fixed as it could make us sick. What was that outcome? Wiping (whipping) it down some more and replacing the cover. You cannot put something new and shiny on a dead issue to make it seem like it is corrected, because it is not. Bandera commons leasing office can continue to make the problems seem like they are mine, but I filled out a sheet that shows everything wrong with the apartment at move in and ants was clearly written as a big problem.   [redacted]

As per our conversation this morning the following information has been taken care of.For  [redacted] the mirror in question has been repaired/secured.  As for the fence we have not received any notification form [redacted] that the fence needs repairs, further more she did not inform us that...

the fence needed repairs and that she has 2x4 holding it up could be why [redacted] has not sent us any notice however since she has mention this we will get someone out to repair any part of the fence that needs it. Regards[redacted], MgrBandera Commons Apts[redacted]
