I have attached a reply to the complaint with ID: [redacted] that will explain the situation from Academic HealthPlans perspective with supporting documentationIt is unfortunate this situation occurred however, appropriate email notification were sent, a special website with a wealth of plan and support information was available however, we have no record of ever being contacted for assistance and the student has medical coverage so not sure where the breakdown occurred Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to assistI also feel compelled to contact the adult student to offer assistance but will wait for further guidanceThank you, [redacted] SrVP, Chief Operating OfficerAcademic HealthPlans
