I am rejecting this response because:
Their response is ridiculous ~ as is their service I am on the Route ** to *** *** line The riders on this line pay the same exact amount as the riders on the *** ** to Port Authority YET we only have one quarter of the service The wifi DOES NOT work I am on bus in the morning and I have yet to have wifi service I get other buses as well in the evening and 90% of the time that wifi does not work either I have taken screen shots of my phone that states "no connection" Other riders complain as well As for your Contact Us e-mail working ~ I have attempted to e-mail this company numerous times and I only get an error message in return IT DOES NOT WORK We (the customers of Academy) would like to know who to request a written reason as to the necessity of the raising of our rates being that gas is much less than it was last year and our buses are clearly not maintained (due to the number of break downs) Does Academy believe just because ** *** raises their rates that Academy is entitled to do so? *** ***

Academy is looking into different Wifi services for our busesThe number of commuters that commute into the City go to the Port AuthorityThe commuter buses are based on the amount of people per busThe *** *** buses do not warrant extra buses at this timeWe will monitor the service dailyUnfortunately, breakdowns do occur on occasion and we maintain the buses on a daily basisWhen a bus breaks down the number one priority is the customerWe get a bus or service truck to the break down immediately
I need additional information on what route the complaint is referring to (pick up location/time/destination)Our "Contact Us" email is working and has been as we receive complaints/compliments dailyUnfortunately, buses do breakdown on occasionIf Wifi is not working on the bus the complaint

I am rejecting this response because: They still do not explain why we pay the same amount for a quarter of the service and "looking into" wifi options is not helping those who need to work during their long commutes. The amount of breakdowns is ridiculous. They need to maintain their buses and stop over charging their riders for horrendous service. It takes two seconds to find pages of complaints about this company. I stress..the need to be financially investigated and regulated.

I have spoken to the ticket agent for this complaint and she was warned about her behavior. This complaint will become a permanent part of her record and if it should occur again she will receive disciplinary action. Academy drivers do not give change which is part of our policy and it is posted on...
our Academy website. If a person does give cash we reimburse their change either through a refund (which this would be a 3.00) refund and it would take 4 to 5 weeks for the check or the person can come to our Leonardo office and we will give the 3.00 change to them. Please let me know which option is good for [redacted]. Thank you
