Review: This bus company is very unreliable ...they cancel bus service the morning of and the next bus arrives 14 minutes later than it awere suppose to pretty much at the same time as the following bus. Their dispatcher is very unpleasant on the phone. Their tardy service has cost me extra child care fees and to be reprimanded at work. They faithfully raise their price every year and their services continues to depreciateDesired Settlement: To be reprimanded for the lack luster treatment of their riders and more reliable service ...I would like to receive what I am paying for
