Academy Carpet

Last week Academy Carpet installed new carpet in my living room and bedroom hallway The process from deciding on the carpet to the finished room was easy and very positive
*** was the salesman who showed us a variety of products--many choices! We selected a carpet, got the estimate on having it installed and selected a day for installation After discussing the carpet, we decided to add a small area of wood laminate and went back the next day to add this to the order No problems! Selected the color laminate, gave them the dimensions and voila--ready to install
The installation team was fantastic! They checked with me a couple of times before beginning to be sure the carpet was correct and the laminate was right and all things were good
The installation team worked well together, cleaned up all the old carpet and vacuumed the new before leaving They arrived at 11AM and were out of here by 6:00PM
We are delighted with the service, the product and everything about Academy Carpet

Our salesmen [redacted] did a fine job showing us the carpet types and was very helpful. [redacted] knows the carpet business. [redacted] answered all our questions. The installers were very good and very good in cleaning up after everything was done. They showed up and went right to work. [redacted] called later to make sure everything went as planned. I am very pleased with my new carpet. Yes I will tell friends about Academy Carpet.

Went in to check on carpet prices, not knowing anything at all about carpeting and was treated very rudely and told I was wasting the salesman's time because I didn't know what I wanted. Store was virtually empty and he was just sitting at a desk when I came in.
Very offended by my treatment. Would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Left the store and went to [redacted] to do business.

I have been buying my carpet from Academy carpet for years for my personal home and also my rental properties. So has my son and other investors that I work with. I have always received excellent service from them throughout the years, Steve Chase has been excellent with my current projects.
