This is the worst service department of any dealership I've ever dealt withNot only did they take short cuts in fixing my car, the first time, but when I took it back because it wasn't fixed, they kept it for days only to treat my like an it and tell me nothing was wrong with itThey even argued and refused to take another lookA certified mechanic that works for my company diagnosed the problem, so I took it to [redacted] Before I even opened the hood, the service advisor heard the engine thumping and immediately scheduled a time to fix itNot only will I never ever go back to Academy, but will always recommend [redacted] because they don't treat customers like a botherI can't say enough about the rude, disrectful, and dishonest service at Academy
