I expressed that I wanted service IF my insurance was eligible thereThey waited til after to tell me it wasn't It all started when I called and talked with the receptionistI asked if they accepted my insurance ( [redacted] ) and that I wanted chiropractic service at their facility if I was covered with my insuranceShe (I can't remember her name) did tell me she wasn't sure if they did accept my insurance, they do accept [redacted] however was not sure if I had chiropractic coverage and that I had to come in and seeI now know that she could have found out over the phone whether or not I was coveredSo, I did go in with my insurance cardHanded it over upon arrival then proceeded to fill out the paperwork while assuming they were checking my insurance eligibilityThen after filling out the paperwork they said ok you're good to go, come on backwhich totally led me to believe I was in fact coveredSo I did go ahead and accept chiropractic se

Misdiagnosis- I teceived a 2nd opinion that completly contradicted their findings
My year old daughter was seen on 5/5/beach use I wanted her to have a massage due muscle tightness in her neckI was told she would need to see the doctorShe saw the doctor who insisted that x-rays be takenI was then told that my daughter had a degree curvature in her spine and would require immediate and repeated treatments in order to prevent growth issues, arthritis and other problemsThe doctor's descriptions of what would happen to my daughter made my year old son begin to cryI was then taken to a sales desk where i.eas told my insurance would not cover any if the purposed servicesI told the doctors I would need to think about and discuss everything that was told to meThey became very angryI began to cry and so did my daughterI gave them my credit card and told them all wanted to do was leaveThey billed me $ I received a second opinion and second set of x-rays
