Academy Mortgage Corporation

I had a very pleasant experience working with Jon C and his team. As a first-time home buyer, Academy Mortgage made is a pleasant experience rather than a stressful one. All members on the team communicated with me and collaborated together professionally to ensure this process was quick, thorough, and not stressful. When I had questions, all members on the team maintained professionalism. They were polite, friendly, and cordial to work with to help me understand the process and thoroughly answer questions. Additionally, Jon C took the time to attend my closing meeting to sign the final documents, and the team presented me with a housewarming gift. My family, who have all been in real estate 35 + years, have also commented at the professionalism, friendliness, and consideration of Jon C and his team. Additionally, the companies they recommended for inspections were also thorough and honest. I would be happy to work with Academy Mortgage in the future in purchasing another home, and proud to refer this company to family and friends seeking to purchase a home.

Greg D at Academy Mortgage was excellent to work with!! He made the process of buying a new home very easy. He is very knowledgeable in all the aspects of buying a home and was able to answer all of our many questions very thoroughly and in terms we could understand. We will definitely recommend Greg D to our friends and family who are looking to buy a home!

Trudi H was an absolute pleasure to work with! She answered any and all questions that I had. If she didn't know the answer, she knew who would. I will definitely recommend her to friends, family and even strangers.

I recently got a mortgage through Academy Mortgage. Tommy R M and his team at Academy Mortgage were Exceptionally Great through the whole process! I highly recommend their talents! I hope Tommy M NEVER retires! He's MY mortgage guy! ***, Albuquerque, NM

I have worked with Jacob B for a few years now and he has guided me every step of the way from pre approval to closing.

Ryan E at Academy Mortgage Val Vista was outstanding to work with. He informed me of all of my options and helped me choose the option that worked best for me. He was easy to get in touch with when I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent company to do business with. The communication with the staff and loan officer was very clear and enough to keep me well informed.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Rian R and his team! He was so easy to work with, explained things 100 times without ever showing frustrations, was ALWAYS available day or night, and so on the ball. I’ve never been so confident that things were done right and we made the best decision to stick with them, even when the builder offered several incentives to use their people.

We worked with Melanie and everything was effortless! Melanie is prompt, professional and a clear communicator. An excellent experience.

You all were awesome and very informative. Kept us updated and made the process smooth. I wouldn't have picked any other company to work with.

Dave and his team were absolutely excellent to work with. We felt informed and involved throughout the whole process and everything felt very transparent. The initial consultation set both my wife and I at ease and the team exceeded expectations by helping us close sooner than expected!

Annemarie was extremely patient and knowledgeable with us as we navigated our way through our first time home buying experience. She explained every step of the process, answered all of our questions, sometimes multiple times, and returned all of our emails and phone calls, even when she was out of the office sick. I would definitely recommend Academy Mortgage to anyone who wants a seamless process.

We worked with Kelle S. I felt like everything was great with her and her assistant. My wife and I were very pleased. Kelle would even respond to our inquires over the weekend. I would ask some questions for Monday, and I would get responses back on Saturday or Sunday which was very impressive. As first time home buyers they were reassuring and realistic on timeframes which made the process less stressful knowing they were able to handle everything on their end.

Lisa was on the ball throughout! She responded to questions and concerns promptly and always let us known how to contact her when we needed her.

Kim was awesome! I was a first time home buyer and Kim helped me feel more comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I feel she went above and beyond helping me, emailing me and responding to me on the weekends and evenings. She was always quick to help me with any concerns or questions I had and truly helped make this a good experience for me! Thank you Kim, you're awesome! :)

John O is great to work with. He takes care of everything promptly, and got me into the loan I needed.

Lisa and Jessica were very helpful and made the process for this first time home buyer a little less nerve wrecking. They kept in communication and were patient and helpful with any and all questions that I had. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely do business with them again.

Jennie D went above and beyond for my clients. She promptly communicated with myself and my clients to ensure a smooth transaction and made sure we understood the process every step of the way. I look forward to working with her again!

Luke C and the whole team at Academy Mortgage in Fort Collins go above and beyond for every customer. I worked with him on a recent transaction as a Realtor helping my buyers find a home in Aurora. Luke was helpful throughout the whole process, sending emails explaining the process to my clients, and answering any questions I may have had. Luke also showed up for the closing yesterday, and I don’t know other loan officers who give that kind of service to their clients. The relief that allowed my clients to feel during the closing is priceless. Academy Mortgage Fort Collins is amazing to work with and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a reliable team by their side who will definitely help close the deal with you.

The Academy loan process is by far the most hassle free home buying experience we've ever had. Everyone from beginning to end was professional, timely, informative and friendly. We would trust Academy again without hesitation.
