Academy made this such a positive experience! It could have been SO hard doing everything across the country, but Natalie and her team were AMAZING and took all of the stress and anxiety out of the equation. They did everything they could to accommodate the needs of this transaction even though there were special stipulations with the city and the property. It was really a good experience!

I loved being able to use e-signatures for everything and being able to do it all from home on my own time. The convenience of doing everything over the Internet or through phone calls was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the short videos that were sent along the way to help me understand the loan process and felt like I had just enough contact with Academy and my loan officer Brian Heiser to not be left in the dark or overwhelmed with too much info. Brian was very patient with all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking so many. I knew I could ask him anything and he would give a very thorough, honest, and timely response. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
