Review: I signed a government issued document agreeing to show up at 6:00 PM on 11/05/2015 . I arrived in the lobby at 5:50 PM. The counselor who was substituting for my scheduled counselor left the lobby at 5:56 PM. When my originally scheduled counselor opened the door at 6PM (my signed for scheduled time) I informed them I was there for my face to face meeting. They informed me the substitute counselor had already left and marked me absent. They pulled my file and in a dumbfounded manner asked each other why the counselor would leave early if he still had appointments scheduled. They still accepted my payment assuring me the time stamp for said payment would be sufficient evidence to resolve THEIR error. The substitute counselor CLEARLY defrauded government sanctioned paperwork by marking me absent prior to 6PM despite me being present in the designated waiting area 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I will now have to pay to reschedule said appointment on top of having to miss work where I am trying to generate the necessary funds to repay my debt to society.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment, disciplinary action provided to me in writing for the lack of commitment from the substitute counselor and compensation for the work time missed to reschedule the fraudulently altered government sanctioned paperwork. Additionally a written and in person apology for the lack of cooperation in rescheduling the appointment over the phone, requiring me to miss work to merely reschedule an error on AODD's end
