At this time, I have been contacted directly by Academy of Financial Trading regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business will not refund me the amount overcharged and not modified their marketing website to reflect the true cost of the program They neglect to respond to you as they don't want to do anything about it and their business certificate should be revoked as they are using deceiving marketing tactics Sincerely, [redacted] ***

package for the training. As you can see from enclosed picture there is not mention of additional charge. Also enclosing their letter.
