As stated by the BusinessI contacted the Customer around 7pm 9/16/and explained to him again the reason for the charges on his SandrailI made an offer to Javier to refund the labor portion of the bill to close this
case and to have his Girlfriend erase her fake faulty reviews that she is making against my business on Yelp and any all other websitesUntil this agreement can be met and followed through and completed I will then be able to Refund J*** the labor portion of his bill
