Customer service is very below Par, speaking down and referring to me as "Boy" because I am a younger gentlemanmaking me wait 1/hours to see me I had an 10:Apt time to get my finger prints done for a new job that required that before startingI show up at 10:58, try to walk in and the door is lockedI then knock on the door stand for a few minutes confusedI blonde older women answers the door and rudly says they lock the door for lunchI kindly ask if I can just get my finger prints done it will only take a few minutes as I have a busy dayShe then informs me that no they will not open the door and I should have been on time, now I have to wait an hour before they will open the doors againShe is speaking down on me and referring to me as "Boy" because I am a younger manShe says if I have anything else to say that I can come inside and say itSo I walk inside and ask the owner "Buford T***" if I can just get my finger prints done I am in a hurry and was late because of trafficHe informs me that no they will not help me because they are on lunch break now and I should have showed up in timeI then let him know that I will be writing to the Revdex.com reguarding the door being locked early and the way they speak to customersThe owner did not flinch, he did not care at allI walk outside and wait for an hour as many other people walk up to the door confused why it is locked becuase they have scheduled apt with them during their "Lunch Break." Finally after rescheduling the rest of my day the hour passesI walk inside the building to find out that the other people will be serviced first before they will get to meI wait another minutes for the lobby to clear before my name was calledAs we did the finger prints I did not say a word in hopes that the lady and older gentlemen might try and make things better being that customer service is pretty important and I have already threatened to file a complaintThe Lady ask what I am getting my fingers printed for, I repond by saying the "Pedicab" driver as a 2nd jobthe older gentlemen snickers and says "Yahh Maybe." Not sure why he said that, but I did not respond to the direct disrespectLater that day after sharing my experience with a review on their Facebook Their response is offensive with direct disrespect for my statement about the business I am willing to share this information with anybody who asks
