Review: I have bought the online guard card course for 65$ to get my certifacate and my live scan paper so I can become a security guard but after I bought it they gave me user name and password to log in. Once I log in it tells me to read the following at your own pace and take the test. Well ive completed the test with a 100% and it says that they have people grade them at 5pm monday - friday in which you will receive your certificate and live scan form. I have not recieved it at all or heard anything from them. ived checked all inboxes and it has not showed, ive tried calling and it goes straight to voice mail and it tell me not to leave a message that you can just keep calling back with no response.. ive tried emailing and that dont work either. Im unsure if they are real or whats going on,, I would like my money back so I can take my test somewhere else Or recieve my certificate.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money, or get what I paid for so I can get my guard card license.

Review: I purchased an online training course from the Academy of Police Science and Protective Services on April 7th.

I completed the course that same day and followed the instructions that were e-mailed to me. I sent in an e-mail to the address they provided to notify them that I had completed my course. I was told that I would get a response within 48 hours.

I have not received my certificate to date, I have sent a total of 6 e-mails (4 to [email protected] and 2 to [redacted]) I have made multiple attempts to contact the phone numbers provided and on the website and am not getting a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me since I have not received my certificate of completion, which I need to finalize my guard card application.

Review: I purchased the "online chemical weapons" coarse. The class description states that upon satisfactory completion of the coarse a "proof of completion certificate" will be emailed within 48 hours, along with a "temporary users/purchasers license". I received neither. I have phoned, emailed and sent text messages as advised by the recording, literally every day for over 5 weeks. They ignore all attempts at being contacted. Once they took my money they disappeared!Desired Settlement: I want the promised certificate and license. I need proof of completion for my employer. If that is not possible then I want a refund.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, I WAS ABLE TO PAY FOR A COURSE ONLINE BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY LOGIN. I TRIED CALLING AND TEXTING AS WELL AS EMAILING MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO LUCK. I DID TAKE ANOTHER ONE ONLINE AND ONCE THEY GIVE YOU YOUR LOGIN IT ALL WORKS FINE, ITS JUST GETTING THE LOGIN SO YOU CAN START.
