noise behind his glove box that wasn't there beforeHe refused to go back to our Battleground store so I made arrangements for him to take his vehicle to our Pisgah Church location on 5/Mr *** said he had a bad back and he could not wait at our store, I made arrangements to take him back home on 5/and to pick him up on 5/The store repositioned the power steering hose that was rubbing on the frame and was causing the noiseThe store informed me this was in no way related to the visual inspection the Battleground store performed on 5/Mr*** asked for a free oil change as an "accommodation", which I agreed to and had the store performHe also requested the spark plugs be replaced as an "accommdation", to this request I declinedThe spark plugs, c/v axle and the noise are in no way related to the visual inspection performed on 5/

I don't think requesting courtesy service is a problemI think other auto repair places would do it
