Review: I have been taking my dog to this grooming place for many many years. Each time I have taken him he has been taken care of to the full extent. The past two times I have taken my dog he has been half groomed. The first time my dog was not shedded and I had to call and ask for it to be done after I already informed them he needed it. I was then offered $5 off my next visit. My next visit I did not get the $5 off I was told about, both my dogs were not shedded I got a reciept saying I owed $30 for my youngest dog but on the receipt nothing was marked down that he even got groomed. Same with my oldest dog, he was $37 and the grooming procedures marked on the reciept did not match up with the price given. When I called to ask what was done to my dogs the owner hesitated to tell me what was done. I told her about the poor service and she did not once apologize. I was never offered a refund or a specialty on my next grooming. Neither of my dogs were shedded and I got a phone call and voice mail from the academy of the wagging tail to come pick up my dogs because they were closing, but the grooming place does not close until 4 and they called me at 2:45. Also they kept repeating how they had to squeeze us in so our dogs would have to sit there for a few hours. I do not appriciate the treatment that I received if you are voted the #1 groomers in the area you should reflect that on all the pets that you take care of. We will not be coming to your grooming place anymore. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I do not appriciate what has happened. Especially since I talked to the manager and she did not apologize or offer anything to make up for the bad service.
