This is our second time dealing with this company in 3 years. Everything went fine the first time; however less than a week after a treatment on July 13th there are now cracks in our driveway. I took several photos of the cracks in various locations and contacted the company. They were pleasant but as soon as I sent pictures to someone's cell phone, with a minute, I received an AUTOMATIC reply about this not being their responsibility and there must've been cracks in my driveway in the first place. TOTALLY UNTRUE. Repeated attempts to at least get them to come back out and see for themselves and possible treat again and been completely IGNORED. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone! They are very nice up until you have a problem; then they BLOW YOU OFF. I was even told that I was trying to get a "free treatment." REALLY DUDE, after paying on the spot for the terrible treatment and having had my driveway totally repaved 8 years ago. It's a sad state of affairs to have any company not stand by their workmanship. This is clearly a Fly by Night outfit that is unprofessional and truly doesn't care about customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
