Thank you in advance for your timeI ordered a FitBit from this company on 06/17/for my dad for Father's Day for $99.99, and they asked for the payment via PaypalThis payment was directed to a J*** ***The payment went through, and I never received the product or any confirmation of shippingTheir phone line is non-operable, and I have contacted them twice via email with no responseI am not sure where to go from here as I think this company might be fraudulentThank you so much

Hello! This is the third time I've emailed them about this and I did not receive a reply to my previous emailsMy previous two emails were directed to [email protected] and I directed another email to r***@gmail.com because that email was also associated with the purchaceI ordered a Nest Thermostat from the online shop, Happy Blue Store, on June 14th and still have not received itI checked the status of my order tracking from USPS and it says they are "currently waiting on the package." At this point I would like my money back and take my business elsewhereI paid on PaypalI've been kind and patient but I'm starting to feel like they just took my money and don't intend give me the thermostat I purchasedOrder #***
