come down, maintenance cleaned area and removed all debris. In an effort to make timely repairs, A local construction company was notified immediately. [redacted] construction responded on July 21, 2015 making repairs to the affected area. New drywall was installed, and more patches were made to #86 deck and stairs in an effort to prevent more water intrusion. This action remedies the immediate concern stated in [redacted] demand letter dated July 20, 2015. At this time we have completed all repairs believed to prevent further water intrusion.
